UPCOMING PROJECT
This is a new build project starting in the near future, it will be a 3-bed end terrace with an open plan kitchen-diner, bi-folds, downstairs WC and 2 double bedrooms and a single. We have worked closely with the architect to ensure that the build is completed to the client's preference and meets all regulations, providing a bespoke service.
SMALL EXTENSION
When completing this small extension for our client, they had specific requirements to allow as much natural light as possible in order to brighten their kitchen-diner. To do this we advised on the design, then recommended a large window, french-doors and a roof-light which they agreed was the best route forward. This was erected quickly, giving the client a warm usable space for the Christmas period.
